Dr. Zia Ur Rehman is an accomplished entrepreneurship, corporate governance and public sector business management professional with over two decades of diversified experience in strategic planning & policy making, corporate secretarial practice, regulatory compliance, board governance, finance, and business operations.

He currently serves as Company Secretary, Energy Infrastructure Development and Management Company (Guarantee) Limited (EIDMC) under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division).

He has previously served as Company Secretary of IESCO, GENCO Holding Company Limited, Punjab Energy Holding Company, and Highnoon Laboratories Limited, while also holding additional responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary of various public sector entities.

Dr. Zia holds a PhD in Management Sciences with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan (FCIS), a Fellow Member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (FPFA), and a Certified Director from both the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) and IBA Karachi.

He has authored 10 research publications in internationally recognized journals and possesses extensive expertise in board governance, SECP regulatory compliance, State-Owned Enterprises governance, corporate law, strategic policy formulation, and organizational transformation.
