Ghulam Murtaza Uqaili is the Chief Executive Officer of the Energy Infrastructure Development & Management Company (EIDMC), Government of Pakistan, and brings more than 20 years of experience in developing and delivering large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

His professional career includes the development and commissioning of utility-scale wind power projects in Pakistan’s Gharo–Jhimpir wind corridor, as well as significant contributions to World Bank-supported initiatives, including NTMP-1 and the USD 1.2 billion CASA-1000 regional electricity interconnection project.
